Location was beautiful and amazing in the local area just next door to the peaceful garden, a wonderful local restaurant and Frome on business. Staff was affable, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely and astonishing with lots of food.

Coffee/tea makers and glassware etc where provided. Location was BEAUTIFUL and lovely, so close to a wonderful local restaurant. In fact, it was located by ferry.

loved staying at the old sun private cottage during our recent trip to frome. chris, the host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even gave us a ride to a nearby pub. the cottage itself was charming and filled with thoughtful touches, like complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine. would definitely recommend and stay again.

Shower pressure could be improved.

This was a great place to stay, I will be back. All in all everything was very good, as a bonus I received ironing free of charge. A hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets were provided. The breakfast was great, with a good choice of meals.

We had a wonderful stay at this hidden gem. The room was clean and had thoughtful extra touches. The outdoor space was amazing, although a hot tub would have been the icing on the cake. The breakfast selection was incredible, with options for everyone. We also loved Peggy the resident dog. The host, Chris, was friendly, knowledgeable, and even provided us with transportation when we needed it. The location was beautiful and there were plenty of interesting places to visit nearby. We are already planning our next visit to this lovely B&B.

We struggled to find the property initially due to the lack of signage, but that was a minor issue.

This hidden gem of a B&B offers a lovely and clean room with many little extras. the location is great, with local walks and a charming village nearby. You can relax in the large garden area, and the host is friendly and accommodating. the breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. Peggy the dog adds to the homey atmosphere.
